Account Security & Keys
Accessing direct updates and live version files requires a registered production profile. You are responsible for ensuring that API hooks, workspace accounts, and authorization variables remain confidential inside your dev environment.
If account distribution patterns indicate multiple remote nodes downloading platform inventory concurrently using shared endpoints, access routes may be temporarily rate-limited for security diagnostics.
Digital Licensing Agreements
Every asset bundle or plug-in purchased via the digital storefront is explicitly granted under non-exclusive, tracking usage rules. Review explicit framework usage definitions:
Standard Implementation
Provides a non-transferable license to deploy code structures and UI nodes into a designated number of active user domains, live configurations, or staging builds.
Pro Studio Tier
Grants design authorization to introduce assets into endless end-user projects and active client wireframes, provided components are integrated into the specific project structure.
Strict Redistribution Cap
You may not strip source code nodes or extract package geometries to resell or share them inside competitive marketplace frameworks or raw asset archives.
Availability & File Integrity
While we optimize local servers to ensure continuous uptime and low latency for global distribution pipelines, connection routes depend on external network operators and standard updates.
Build Web updates files to remain stable against baseline technology ecosystems. We are not responsible for architectural failure or compilation system crashes when our inventory is combined with legacy system versions or conflicting custom libraries.
Limitation of Liability
Build Web and its original creators shall not be liable for direct, incidental, or structural operational damages—including lost client retention, server crashes, or platform data errors—resulting from direct asset configuration paths.
Your primary option regarding documented platform malfunctions is capped at the real capital transaction exchange price processed at your order checkout node.
